

3-D Workout: Exercising Mind, Body, & Spirit
In just 30 minutes a day, you can exercise your mind, body, and spirit through three uplifting routines: Cardio-Upper Body, Cardio-Lower Body, and Cardio-Kickboxing. Each routine is set to Christian music and features its own warm-up, cool-down, and Quiet Time segment that includes scriptural meditation or a devotional and prayer. 3-D Workout is fun, safe, and designed for people at different fitness levels.
