New Day Fitness, LLC is a Christ-centered fitness product and service company for people at all fitness levels.  We exist to create effective strategies that help Christians connect fitness and faith for a healthier lifestyle.  We aim to become an internationally recognized brand.  Our goals are moderate growth, annual profitability, and most of all--empowering God's people!

Business Values

Incorporating praise and worship into physical activity.  While healthy living is important, there is a struggle to find balance with all of life’s demands.  We will help the busy Christian transform physical activity into another opportunity to connect with God and honor His temple
(Romans 12:1-2). 

Acknowledging fitness as a multidimensional concept. Humans are very complex beings that consist of mind, body, and spirit. We strongly believe Christians CAN and SHOULD thrive in ALL areas. Our approaches acknowledge fitness as a multidimensional concept.   (3 John 1:2)

Promoting a healthy body image. God has created our bodies to be uniquely different.  Beauty begins with our spirits and radiates from the inside out.  All of God’s children are beautiful because we are the work of the same hands that created the heavens and earth! (Psalm 139:14).

Giving. We believe in financing God’s work in the earth (Malachi 3:10).
